My wife and I came to Allegan from Ohio to eat at the Grill House we saw on the Travel Channel. We asked where the nearest hotel was. The lady pointed down the street and said a new hotel just opened. We went and checked in to Hotel Allegan. The room was beautiful and faced a large meadow with white cows. High ceiling with fan and a very comfortable queen bed. We went back to the restaurant and had a great dinner. It was worth the drive. We recommend both places.
