I had been going to this salon to see Tiffany since early 2013. I had received good haircuts, but recently, my at experience at this salon went from good to bad. I had scheduled to have my base color touched up. Bad idea!



I was told I would get a slightly richer color but not darker. As I sat alone for more than 50 minutes with dark dye on my hair, I knew this wasn't the light golden brown I had asked for to match my then-current color. My hair is now dark cherry (brassy and fake) brown.



After calling three times--and getting no call back--to ask if washing my hair would make it lighter, I finally spoke to Tiffany who didn't seem particularly sorry that I wasn't happy with my service. I was to come back in for them to put a "gloss" on it to correct the brassiness but I got nervous after my first color experience there. I called to say I was worried my hair would get damaged putting more color on it so close after the first application.



A week later, I called to speak with manager Stephanie and I received an attitude because she said I had cancelled "at the last minute" (for a trip back to that salon I shouldn't even have had to make).



I had called Stephanie to ask if I could use my regular Garnier color to cover up the red color. Never got the chance to ask. All I know is this salon doesn't understand what good customer services constitutes.



I now do not recommend Taylor Stevens Salon any longer--too stressful and not Aveda-like at all.

Went for a pedicure - was happy with results. Staff was friendly and the pedicure was well done. Was a little surprised at the prices though. Will go back, but only with coupons...

1st of all they can not keep the same stylists for anything and I believe its because of the owner/ manager.It also makes it extreamly hard to find a stylist and stick with one that I like. The most of the girls have a bad attitude.Which brings me to my next point.2nd the manager seems like the most unprofessional woman I have ever come across in my life. Not only does she talk about her own stylists behind their back and let clients know of their personal lives but she is just all together very unappealing. When I went in to get my service done she was wearing bright blue eye shadow. I felt as if i had met Mimi from the Drew Carey show. For someone in this industry you would think that they would have the basic knowledge of make-up application.3rd the stylists messed up my hair, cut it too short and wrong. NO WONDER THEIR OTHER SALON GOT SHUT DOWN!!! Its only a matter of time before that one is closed to!

their amenities are amazing. The relaxation room is unforgettable. I have traveled all over the world and their spa is at the top of my list. The foot soak was a surprising start to my service. The locker rooms are spacious and don't forget the steam showers. the pedicures are to die for ask for kystyn she was great!!!!!! do not pass this place up.
