We were very impressed with the service call done by your repairman, on VERY short notice. We called in the late afternoon and he was here to fix our problem later that evening. We are still very happy long time customers.

I had a problem that several other contractors could not figure out or repair the problem with a estimated cost or even a guarantee. they all wanted to just tear things apart and whatever the cost at the end will be they would charge me. They also charged me for a estimate. I called michaels and was pleasently surprized on how they approched the situation, they came out,inspected my problem,gave me an estimate range and guaranteed it. They did the work at a fraction of the cost that the other estimates came in at.Very happy, would highly reccomend to others.Thanks MICHAELSLisa Algonquin
