Dr. Theodore A. Adams, Jr., Mr. Herbert E. Long, Jr., and Mr. Joseph S. Meyer founded Unified Industries in 1970. The founders shared technical orientation in acquisition logistics, engineering and quality assurance. The company provides expertise and experience for customers in the areas of program management, training, metrology and calibration, logistics, public transportation, applied technology, health and human services and quality assurance. The company s clients include the United States Navy, Army, Department of Interior and Department of Energy, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Railroad Administration, the General Services Administration, Amtrak, public transportation organizations and international and commercial customers.
