Provided by YP.comBUYER BEWARE that is all I can say. They do not stand behind the jewelry they sell. Has the worst customer service, very rude and offers no help. We recently purchased a ring at their outlet store in DE which is now closed. They shipped the ring to their store in VA to be sized & then they were to ship it to our house since we live out of state. Upon recieving the ring the stone had been cracked! You could clearly see it with the naked eye and it was very noticeable when looking at it through a jewelers loupe. You could actually feel it when rubbing your nail over it. To my amazement they shipped it in a silk bag inside of a paper bag that was in a box stuffed with paper to "protect" the ring- they did not even have the decency to ship the ring in its own box. The UPS box it came in was not damaged, so the only other explaination is that the stone had been cracked prior to shipment.
We contacted them immediately to inform them of the problem, they were nice at first and told us they had certain steps to take, to not ship it back but to bring it in. We had to drive over an hour to reach the store and once we arrived we were greeted with a smug attitude and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We explained everything to them in detail and the woman looked at the stone through her loupe and quickly told us the stone was not cracked that it was a flaw in the ring. That it was there prior to purchase that we probably just didn't notice it. I told the woman to rub her nail over the stone that your nail will actually stick where its cracked, the woman replied no I cannot feel it, it is not a crack- she basically lied right to my face. I am familiar with stones and using a loupe and this stone was clearly cracked but they denied it. I felt that this woman had her mind made up the minute we walked in the door and it was written all over her face.
When I questioned her about why the ring had not been shipped in a metal box but instead a silk bag she said "that is how we ship all of our jewelry." I do not understand why a jewelry store would not ship their items in a protected case- it makes no sense its utterly ridiculous. This woman was very annoyed at our questions and concerns and clearly had no intent of helping us at all. They offered no help and no explainations as to how to solve the problem, awful store would never recommend them to anyone.
