Engleside Christian School was established in 1970 by Engleside Baptist Church as a Christian institution and college preparatory. The school serves more than 100 students in kindergarten through grade 12. It offers various sports activities, such as basketball, soccer and volleyball. Engleside Christian School s fine arts program includes band, choir, drama and handbells. The school s curriculum includes Bible study, physical education, mathematics, social studies, English and science. It additionally provides after-school care programs. Engleside Christian School is a member of the Old Dominion Association of Church Schools and the American Association of Christian Schools. The school is located in Alexandria, Va.
