The Bozzuto staff and company could not care less about you. They make more money on turnover than renewing residents, so once you sign your lease they don't care how long you stay. There are residents there that have lived there for many years and get sacked with a steep rent raise every year. There is also an annual $450 amenity fee regardless of whether you use them or not. You are given a base rent price, then monthly pet fee is added ($50), valet trash service ($35) (no opt out option), $4 monthly admin fee and metered water bill (pricey). These are the monthly fees. Deposits required, $250, Pet deposit $500 (non-refundable). Communicating with the staff is confrontational every time. Parking is a pain and you sometimes are required to park as much as 75 yards from your residence. One gentleman woke up to his car on chalks missing his wheels. This is a gated community with no control of who comes in or out, obviously. The dog park is constantly a mess and very little attention is given to its upkeep. At move out there is no communication with you. We spent hours cleaning the carpets only for them to notify us they would be replacing the carpet due to its age no condition. There have been constant issues with snakes, mice, rats and bugs. I do not recommend Cameron Court at all. The former owners (Avalon) were much better folks to deal with.
