Unless you like black mold, of course. Cropping up in your closet, multiple times, and a staff that will say they take it seriously, and yet - it keeps coming back! I wish I could attach photos from the multiple incidents for a better visual of how disgusting it is (three incidents - we reported two for maintenance, and asked to break our lease with the third). What they don't show are the hallway light that started dripping a leak after the "plumbing had been fixed", or my direct neighbor's complete carpet removal in a 2-bedroom due to a leak that required replacing the entire floor, or a portion of the hallway ceiling completely collapsing due to a leak in my other direct neighbor's apartment. The best part? The maintenance guys confirm, every time, that the leak into my apartment is caused by a leak from the toilet in the apartment upstairs. Isn't that tantalizing?
We moved in because the rent is cheap, utilities are included, and there is mostly enough parking to deal with how run-down the area is where they are located. We're good tenants. We've paid our rent in full, every month. We're even what you could call "yuppies" who were really looking forward to trying to stay here for a couple years while we build up our careers, because in general, the apartments are generally okay enough on the surface to deal with minor issues. THIS IS NOT ENOUGH. You need a staff that doesn't treat black mold as something that can be fixed with a shampoo of your ceiling. Mind you, they've cut out our ceiling and "replaced the plumbing" multiple times. How in the world can the plumbing be fixed if you still have a leak coming back month after month? It's not the maintenance guys' problem. They're nice people and honestly do a great job replacing the drywall and making the closet look new every time. But that's just it. This happens reguarly. This is a managmeent problem that I can't see an answer to shy of moving out and finding better landlords.
I'm putting this review out here, and on every site, as a warning. We've attempted to break our lease on this, with no luck so far. So, unless you want to miss work for a mysterious illness that feels like you've been coughing without a cold for a month, or want to deal with the dry cleaning fees of trying to make sure that everything you're wearing isn't going to make you sick, or just want to make sure that you have a generally livable place, I'm telling you now. DO NOT MOVE IN. Save yourself!!! Run far, far away!!!

management a pain to work with. manager takes her time, not interested in the needs of her cliants. good customer service is not something she is interested in. i would highly recommend you look elsewhere for i feel dealing with these person's in the office is going to be an ongoing bad situation and it's to bad because the apartments look very nice.
