VERY UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bad experience from the beginning...the staff was generally short-answered, borderline rude and had an attitude making me feel like "I wasn't worth his time". Then, to top it off, when I realized I had made a mistake and came to return a portion of the items two weeks later, UNOPENED, I was forced to give them 15% "restocking" fee - does anyone even do that anymore??? - this, after being told there was no refund allowed whatsoever and I had to buy something of equal value RIGHT THAT MOMENT - NOTE: ask for the manager if 85% works for you. Bottom line: great if your a contractor who buys there weekly, but probably not set up for the general consumer.
