My shower glass was installed within two weeks. the entire experience was good.
I used American Glass Co. just recently because my landscaper broke my back patio door. I was impressed with the freindliness and professionalism of the office staff and the installers. Not only were they prompt but the quality of the service was AWESOME!!!!! The installers came on time and cleaned all of the broken glass from the old window. They were curtious and clean. Shortly after my first experience with them I visited their showroom to purchase a glass cover for our diningroom table while I was there I spoke to a gentleman that had recently had a Shower enclosure installed by American Glass he said the workmanship was superb and he had been doing business with them for years. I would highly recommend this company my experience with them has been GREAT. (tThe table cover was cut perfectly and delivered again on time.) Again I would give them a 5 star rating. .
My frameless shower glass looks amazing. American glass did a great job. Their price was the lowest. The technicians were friendly and professional. Thx guys.
My shower glass looks Great. The price was good and the service was excellent.
Communication started out good and went downhill... product never delivered. We ordered a number of tabletop pieces of glass for our furniture. The first order was filled perfectly, although the delivery was late. The person who delivered the glass suggested we have two sketches taken for two tabletops that were custom so they could cut custom glass pieces. We agreed and were told that it would be delivered in a few days. It took about 5 calls over two weeks to get these two pieces delivered and they had to reschedule several times. Finally when it was delivered one of the pieces was not cut correctly (they were identical pieces, so I'm not sure why they didn't notice it initially). They offered to recut it, said they'd re-deliver. Nearly a month went by with repeated promises that they would deliver this last piece at specific dates and times but then "no show." After the 3rd "no show," they stopped returning calls and emails to reschedule. I offered that they could ship it if it was
