This will be the last time I go to Chili's. The only reason I didn't complain was because I was tired and didn't want to wait any longer in that place. I ordered Dr. Pepper and got Diet Coke on my refill. The shrimp pasta was way to salty and had to make myself eat the shrimp bc I was so hungry. My son ordered a cheese pizza but got pepperoni. My other son orders grilled cheese and it was cold. My waiter was very nice but not trained properly. I ordered a meal to go but they served it in a plate instead a to go box. Do not go to Chili's in Alexandria La. Worst experience ever. I guess they thought dressing up the place and having electronics at the tables to order yourself and pay the bill would help but it was done to make up for the very poor service. Also, if anyone from Chili's is reading this ..... If u can't remember a order off the top of your head then I would suggest writing it down on a ticket..... Oh wait my waiter did that in the beginning of the service and still screwed up the order. Also, it was me and my two sons eating and my waiter addressed us as LADIES!
