- Child SupportLawHelp Interactive (LHI) helps self represented litigants in New York State and advocates and volunteers assisting them more easily and accurately complete a variety of essential legal documents and court forms on issues such as an eviction, child support or obtaining a name change.
- Restraining OrderCarol had been a victim of domestic violence for over 40 years and in the wake of the #MeToo movement, she found the courage to file for divorce. Her husband ramped up his attacks in retaliation in the following months and Carol recognized she needed to protect herself further. Luckily, she was screened and referred to Legal Services of Northern California (LSNC) through the Risk Detector. LSNC advocates assisted Carol in obtaining a restraining order to get her the protection she needs.
- Intellectual PropertyFrank Azzopardi is the head of Davis Polk’s Intellectual Property Group. He joined the firm in 2001 and has been a partner in the New York office since 2008. He has extensive experience overseeing intellectual property, technology and media-related issues arising from corporate transactions. His experience includes advising entertainment and media, information technology, health care, investment banking, private equity and other clients on a variety of matters. Frank consults in connection with intellectual property disputes, especially in the area of copyrights, trademarks, passing off and licensing disputes. Before joining Davis Polk, he worked in the Melbourne office of Allens Arthur Robinson from 1998 to 2001. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Pro Bono Net. Frank graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1996 and received his LL.B. with honors from the University of Melbourne Law School.
- Employment DiscriminationJeanne coordinates, develops and grows state and national digital initiatives that strengthen the work of legal advocates and pro bono attorneys helping communities with their legal problems. For two years, she was Pro Bono Net’s Disaster Response Legal Fellow and organized initiatives to support disaster survivors and attorneys working on disaster legal aid. Before joining PBN, Jeanne provided free legal representation and employment discrimination litigation on behalf of low-income LGBT individuals in Puerto Rico and worked as a legal fellow with the Central Alabama Fair Housing Center. She also founded an award-winning Ms. JD chapter in her law school and facilitated workshops on reproductive and constitutional rights to communities in Puerto Rico. Jeanne is the volunteer Vice-Director for the American Bar Association Disaster Legal Services Program, where she helps coordinate immediate and free temporary legal help to disaster survivors across the country. She is also a member of the New York City Bar Association Pro Bono & Legal Services Committee. Jeanne is bilingual and admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and New Jersey.

As the partnership associate Maria harvests relationships with other organizations, communities and individuals to continue to help bridge the access to justice. Maria comes from an extensive immigrant advocacy background - from working on immigration court proceedings, family based petitions, adjustment of statuses, naturalizations and employment immigration. She enjoys community organizing and helping others fulfill their missions and goals. Maria believes that migrant rights are human rights and that justice should be equitable and accessible to all. In 2020 Maria received her B.S. in Criminal Justice and minored in Psychology. In her free time Maria likes to travel, hike, and spend time with her family.
