I've visited Sonic many times but this new location is the worst of the lot.



My last 3 visits include a very rude, drive-thru cashier and the ice cream machine didn't work on 2 separate occasions. The 3 visits were months apart so maybe there's a lingering issue.



Emailing the corporate offices or the address located at the drive-thru were likewise, a complete waste of time. The Sonic corporation claims to want feedback but when nobody takes the time to respond or address the issues, well, that means stay away!
