Guy was annoyed when he arrived but angry within 1 minute when I explained it was a rental property I was not prepared to spend a ton of money on. Guy was insulting, rude, unprofessional and condescending asking me why I insisted they come when they don't even do the work I was requesting, why I would bother if I'm not going to do it right, they're very busy, what am I looking for just a homeowners quote, and I was wasting their time. I was interested in having my living room ceiling repaired from water damage from ice damming. They wanted me to get a new roof, insulate the entire attic, and new gutters (which were only 2 months old). Two other contractors did not bring up any of this other work. He insisted this was because he was more qualified. I had explained in detail (even emailed a photo) of what I wanted done. Guess they thought they could swindle me. BEWARE!
