Frey drilled a well with a pressure tank and 2 frost free hydrants for us in 2017 with lots of trenching. we did observe the owner mistreat a poor new employee that just started working with them. He threw a hat at him a belittled him like a little kid on numerous occasions while screaming on the top of his lungs. outside of that we were happy with the first well they put in for us.
fast foward to 2018 , they now are supposed to drill a well for our new house. we contact them in June to have our well done shortly after. we called on numerous occasions only to be told that they would be up there on a certain day each week. they never showed. finally after calling and calling everyday they finally showed up at the end of november. They then told us we should get a drive system and its only 400 more dollars then a regular pump. they install the system in the basement, and the builders did all the connecting to the well to the house etc. they send me an extremely high quote for this system, we call our contact mark who says he will figure it out and that the builder will have to pay him some for the work he supposedly did connecting to the house. we also had lots of problems with this system and the relief valve blowing out, he was again supposed to come take care of this and another no show. we call him out on the price and hows its 1500 more then our last well with way less parts and wayyy less labor, and he just says well i dont know what happened, he says maybe ypur builder should pay more, i tell him our builder shouldnt pay the overprice fee, i tell him thats not a great answer and he states that wells went up, i told him i checked both quotes on the well drilling and charged for the same depth and they were quoted the same so thats not the reason. well days later he finally texts us a hand written bill with labor hours that are unaccountable and prices for parts to reach his outragous bill they gave us. i call to talk to the owner, they said they would call me back. mrs frey eventually calls me with a major attitude. she tells me our first well was discounted. i explain it was not and ask why was it discounted, she said bill frey remembers it but it wasnt documented. im not sure why they would discount a well for no reason aldo why would i go back to a place that i needed to have a well disounted for problems with lol the truth is it wasnt discounted and that the last well they did was just extremely overpriced and they cant explain the monetary difference between the two so sticking with the story that the first was imaginatively discounted sounds better. She was extremely rude.
long story short, we recommended frey to a few people after our first well and even went to them for our second. never again will i support this shady company.

Im extremely pleased with Frey and company.They were very professional and honest.They came in to pickup a mess left by another contractor.After the other geothermal contractor was unable to complete the job in seven months,Frey came in and did a superior job in only two weeks and stayed until 6:30 on a friday night to make sure the system was functional.What Frey tells you you can believe,you dont see that much these days most seem be in it just for the money.I high recommend Frey drilling !
