Disappointing Performance in Printing! I ordered business cards over 6 weeks ago and still have not received the correct ones. The associates have zero knowledge of design or layouts. They advertise same day pickup on business cards but this location has to send their orders out. I had to send back 3 different drafts before I gave the ok. But once printed the color design looked nothing like the draft. They reordered and they sent the same exact wrong color scheme back out. So I reordered again, with a rush on it, 9 days later to find out it was never fully submitted when I checked the status of the order. The associate today told me she reordered it again but this time with a "double rush". My whole experience with this office supply store has been extremely disappointing. From now on I plan on taking the rest of my business needs else where.
