New Management was EXTREMELY friendly and they are putting alot of money into things like pools and a fitness center and new toys for kids. You always feel welcome when you go into the office and they even have a new general store coming soon. We love living here and like I said the new manager is AWESOME!

Having been a resident of Wyoming Terrace for the past 15 years I can honestly say that everything about the place has simply gone down hill. The owners of the property live out of state thus leaving the business of management to a set who are ill equipped for the job. Complaints often go unnoticed, rent goes up quarterly and if you own more than two vehicles good luck finding a place to park overnight. Unfortunately i have no choice but to stay where I am but I warn you to look else where for residence, Wyoming Terrace Mobile Home Community is far from a nice place to live.
