Once again, had a great tech come out to service my air conditioner. This time it was Tony V. and I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. He serviced my AC as needed.

We recently had the Krystal Klear System, Descaler and a water heater installed. Gene and his technician were right on time. They did not leave til all the work was completed to our satisfaction. Gene has been attentive to our concerns and needs. He has been polite and very professional. When a question arises he is quick to return our calls. Gene also was very neat. He left our garage totally clean! Thank you!!!

We have always relied on Wagner as they can be trustted tovget the job right the first time. Recently we had a plumbing inspection and an electrical repair. Both Gene and Bill did excellent work and completed there tasks professionally. The electrical work was a circuit breaker done under warranty that they pointed out was under warranty and we ere not charged. Great customer service! Thanks, J Ellis

We signed up for heating and AC service plan with Wagner Mechanical (WM) as of October 2011. WM said they will provide service same day when called--they were true to their word. They diagnosed what the problem was and the majority of worked was completed on day 2 due to the extent of the problem that was discovered. They were thorough in their work and resolved our heating problem. I specifically appreciated their explanation to my understanding. I am not a plumber but I do have general knowledge of our broiler and radiant heating system. The workers displayed professionalism and I greatly appreciate their immediate response to making our home warm again. Mrs. Lucero

Do not use them, they charge to much and would not fix issues with heating and a.c. under a service plan, try some other company or you will be sorry for sure.

Charge way to much and poor customer service skills when it come to trying to resolve issues. Please do not use them.
