I am really not happy with the Raby Company. We had a problem with our carpeting that was a year old and their adjustor agreed there was a flaw in the carpeting. He put in a claim with the carpet manufacturer. My wife has called twice and I have called too, and still no call back to find out what the status is on our claim. Dear Raby management, Ignoring your customers is not a good way to conduct business. All we are asking is a call back to let us know what the progress on our claim for subpar carpeting, and what is going to happen! signed a dissatisfied customer!
