I have worked twice with Numotion's Albuquerque office and was totally pleased both times. The first time was a repair on my power chair, a brand not sold in the US. The service people said they would look at it and let me know if they thought it was something they could repair before they did anything. Success! They did a great job. The second time the service person came to my house to install new tires on my manual chair. He was early (!!!) and did a great job. I have found Numotion's staff to be caring, professional, good at what they do and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I tried to get a power chair for two months. The paperwork from the dr and others was not acceptable for insurance,but they never once called to letanyone know so it could be corrected. WORST or NO customer service!!!! I cancelled and am going with another company. I do NOT recommend Numotion!

Poor customer relation. Would not repair my wheelchair purchased through them.
