I was impressed by the staff's overall friendliness during the night of my sleep study. I noticed one of the sleep techs wasn't warm and friendly - I was fortunate mine was friendly. My sleep tech was also very accommodating when I had a lot of questions and I tend to be a little high maintenance!

Rude physician who made a patient feel as if it were the patient's fault he has a sleep disorder. Too bad. Would like to know what this physician's original specialty/education/field of medicine was in. Perhaps sleep disorders came later, but nonetheless, there is no gain for anyone making patients feel worse about themselves.
