- Small business, 3 to 5 workers....low overhead equals lower costs for the customer, but unlike other small HVAC businesses with McCarthy HVAC you won't substitute quality of work for the price you pay, in fact; You'll get WAY more Than you pay for.Estimates are always free, even if we need to come look at the job. Normal service fee? $80 !!! Don't think that's a heck of a deal? Call TLC and when they're done with you, give us a call...if you still have enough money to pay your phone bill:) All kidding aside we love to work hard and get the job done right. It's hard to find honest people, I know, but jump around to some other sites and read some of our customer reviews. The owner himself will not leave a job till the customer is 100% satisfied, and I've seen him go back to jobs 8 or 9 times even for problems that weren't caused by our guys. Best bet for your money? Absolutely!

Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing. One year in business and we're absolutely slammed! Our customers call us back and refer us like crazy and there's two reasons for that: 1- affordability. We are a small company, lower overhead means lower costs for the customer. But let's get real.... Overhead is one of the biggest excuses in the book to rip off customers. The real reason our prices are low is because we have set a moral barrier when it comes to taking a profit. Understanding that everyone's gotta eat, we just don't feel right eating fillet mignon every night while our customers are selling their dinner table to get their furnace fixed for $5000. And believe me, that's a conservative price for some businesses. 2- Quality. It's tough finding a less expensive company who does quality work, but we do. In fact we put so much emphasis on this concept that our company slogan directly addresses it. By no means will you trade quality of work for the price you pay. We've had jobs where the owner has taken a complete loss to satisfy the customer. I'm talking like going back 8-10 times to fix minor details or just to chat. We're very personable and have a good time while working hard to get the job done right. The reason I can say that you won't be disappointed is that I've never met someone who has been in the year we've been in business...granted that's not a long time, but it's also not a long time to build the reputation we have either.
