I'm a regular at Maurya, and I almost always order korma kashkash with lamb. This particular dish is no longer on the menu, but the chef keeps making it for me, and the waitstaff know me well enough to understand that when I walk in the door, that's pretty much what I am going to get. On the rare occasion that I've ordered something else, it's always been prepared to perfection (but nothing's yet supplanted that lamb korma hankering).

Had the lunch buffet and loved it. Not only was the hostess super friendly she also came to check on me quite often. I love the decor and ambiance too. Although not an expert judge of Indian cuisine, what I had was to my liking. They had quite the variety for the buffet, the goat was delicious!

So good! Staff is very warm and welcoming. I'm a fan of the decor, and the lunch buffet has a lot of good options. They have your standard items but I'm told the rotate their menu. I wouldn't bring a ton of people. Modestly priced. I'd come revisit this restaurant. At least to try the desert desert they recommended, I just got too full on the entrees.

I actually thought this place was fantastic. I'm from Denver, and have been disappointed with all the Indian I've had there. I stopped by this restaurant while visiting Albuquerque and thought it was great. The service was very good and the staff seemed attentive, and the food was great. I got the Chicken Tikka Masala (although they called it something else) and some type of lamb meal, along with some nan, and I found each item to be very satisfying. Although the food came out incredibly fast it seemed pretty fresh and had good flavor.
