I would like to thank Javier and his crew for an outstanding job. In installing a complete sprinkler and drip system at my home in SE a Albuquerque. Ed Gonzalez came and winterized our sprinkler system. He also explained why we were having other problems and explained solutions. He was great to work with. I am so pleased with the service I received from Just Sprinklers. When I called them and said I was so frustrated with my sprinkler heads, Sergio was sent to help me. He was an enormous help. Not only did he adjust the sprinkler heads, he took the time to show me on Youtube, a video explaining the sprinklers and how they worked. I can play this video anytime I hae a question. He also showed me how to program the running times and explained when to water and for how long. His patience with me was remarkable. I am so pleased with Just Sprinklers and highly recommend them.

We have some minor issues with our back yard grass installation by Just Sprinklers. Just Sprinklers sent out Jose Armenta promptly. Jose was here early, very pleasant, and did a great job!! After years of replacing sprinkler heads with hardware store brand heads, and seeing a continously decreasing performance, we decided to have a pro do it. What a difference!! Our sprinkler system works like it did in the "old days" when it was new. I am so delighted!! the workers were so helpful and friendly too. I don't anticipate having to mess with my sprinklers again for years & years. What a relief!

Use caution when dealing with this company. I recently had Just Sprinklers add new drip lines, install a new timer and replace the drip line valve in my sprinkler system. When the work was completed, there was a leak in one section of my lawn sprinkler system and two of the other sections were constantly going on/off randomly. The technician who did the work said he could fix it for another $1000 (we already paid $1200 for the contracted work) and left for the day. I called the manager the following day and he told me JustSprinklers "cannot be held responsible for the entire sprinkler system" when they are making repairs on part of the system. He backed up his technician's estimate and said they would need $1000 to fix the problem. Unconvinced, I found another sprinkler company to look into the problems. The second company determined the issues were caused by technician error. In the end, JS fixed the problems but I felt the burden of proof was mine.
