I ordered an item from them at the end of January. A few weeks later after I inquired (sent 2 emails, left a phone message), they eventually got back to me and told me I would have a tracking # soon, plus the item after a few days. I still have not received EITHER. It has been 3 weeks since I have heard from them after the several messages and emails that I sent. I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from them. I do not recommend Flirty Lingerie. I have a feeling that the positive reviews were probably written by employees. I also got the 'Valentines day is busy', and 'your item was out of stock' stories. Yeah, I still don't have the item - or a refund. Save yourself some hassle and don't buy from them.

I have NEVER had such POOR SERVICE EVER!!!!! I ordered ONE thing from them b/c I had forgotten to order it from another company and found them cheaper!!! BIG MISTAKE!!! I have emailed them more than 3 times tried to call nobody answers just goes to voicemail I have been waiting sense APRIL its now JULY almost been 3 months sense I ordered this NON EXISTANT lingerie, (my husband is deployed will be home in 2 weeks and wanted me to get this) thanks to them I will have to re order from another company that i have recenty ordered from!!! and hope i will recieve it in time!!! I wouldnt recommend this company to my WORST ENEMY they are AWFUL go elsewere!!I would give them ZERO STARS oh and i am not scared to say my my name b/c this will be the last time they see it will not purchase nothing else from them ever!!!
