A very laid-back & casual environment with the best prices for copies & prints in Abq! They are privately owned, so rude customers are not tolerated or allowed, which is the way it should be.

Very rude employees who use favoritism as a way to decide who they want to treat with respect. Be sure to get on their good side if you want to treated with any decency. If you are just a regular customer, be prepared for total apathy, rudeness and disrespectful "service," if one would call it that. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, they do not treat everyone the same.

These guys have a terrible history of customer service. The customer service here is extremely pore. No website, No uniform requirements, No dress code. Extremely disrespectful to paying customers.

I want to highly recommend ECS. The owner took his time and explained advantages that I was receiving with another on-line business. His HONESTY sold me and I will be a customer in the near printing future. The owner even took his time and gave me a free re-sizing that I could possibly take elsewhere. I found the ECS shop very helpful. The young man, I think his Name was Will, that helped me went above and beyond. He spent two hours custom editing my digital file in Photoshop, helped me fix a software problem on my Mac Laptop, and gave be a supper price on full color copies. This store is a diamond in the rough.
