Great food, especially the Avocado enchilada. Great service!!!!

The service was excellent, the food was on the table in less than 10 minutes, and the portions were huge and very tasty. Our waitress was efficient, very friendly, my tea glass never got past half. The place was clean, uniquely decorated, just plain comfortable. I will proudly recommend the Copper Canyon Cafe to every I meet.

Copper Canyon will quickly become one of your favorite places to dine whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The people there are wonderful and very friendly. They go out of your way to make you feel welcomed and special. The food is fantastic. It has a mix of Mexican and American dishes all made to perfection. The prices are very reasonable too if you are on a budget. I highly recommend a visit to Copper Canyon if you visit or live in Albuquerque. You won't be disappointed.
