I called Jay with Chad's Tree & Shrub Service to come and take care of my mom's yard. All of the bushes and trees were completely overgrown. The yard was an overwhelming mess. My mom is getting older and it was just too much for her to handle. Jay went out and looked at the property right away. He got me a very reasonable price and was able to get my mom on his schedule in less than a weeks time. I went by the property as his team was finishing up and was amazed with everything that was done! He really took the time to make sure that everything was as it should be before they left for the day. Thank you so much for everything! My mom is so happy with her yard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Chad's Tree was scheduled to trim a number of tall and short junipers on my property and some overhanging branches on neighbor's mulberry tree.I've used Chad's Tree for the last several years and have previously been a fan of the company. In the past, I recommended Chad's to many of my work associates, friends and neighbors since they previously trimmed various types of trees very well. Unfortunately, due to their recent very poor business and customer service practices, I can no longer recommend them. After their recent follies, I highly encourage potential customers to seek out other tree service companies in Albuquerque!Chad, Jay and crew trimmed my short junipers, neighbor's overhanging branches, and cut out some swatches on my tall junipers. At that point, Chad informed me that they would not be able to finish job that day since they left their long tree trimmers at another job site. He committed to show up the following Saturday to complete the shaping of my tall junipers. Unfortunately, Chad never showed that Saturday to complete the job, nor did he call to reschedule. Further, after more than 2 months and after numerous, numerous attempts on my part to get them back to finish the job, I've heard only excuses from the VP of the company (Jay) for why Chad's Tree has not completed my job. Jay's excuses for not completing have included: sick crew member(s), someone being on vacation to Lake Powell, broken equipment, forgetting to put me on the schedule, moving a hawk's nest, being told that they have higher priority jobs to complete, etc.. All this while Chad's Tree has taken on and completed more recent jobs. And all this while Jay and Chad have fully admitted that they still owed me a completion of the job that they started for me back in April. At this point, Chad's Tree no longer answers or returns my phone calls.Bottom Line: Chad's has been paid-in-full for a job that, apparently, they refuse to complete. I am left with partially-trimmed junipers with noticeable trim outs on them. Those partially-trimmed junipers look pretty bad. Don't let this happen to you. Find another Albuquerque tree service!

We are so pleased with our "new yard". Chad's gave us great service at a price we liked. Our trees look so "youthful". The ash and locust look like they are stretching out to the sky instead of being huddled over. Our 50 year old Ponderosas look so clean and airy and healthy! I can't say enough. I was impressed that unlike other people we have hired, Chad gave us the estimate and did the work himself with his team. He stayed on the premises all day.

I needed a few small trees removed from my property and I took a couple of photos and emailed them to Chad. He gave me a quote and suggested a time that he could do it. I offered to pay in advance.Life got busy and I dropped the ball to confirm the appointment. When I got home from work yesterday I was delightfully surprised to see that the work was done and a bill was just left at my door. He trusted me to pay even though I was not there. Chad made my day!I dropped a check in the mail this AM I am very pleased with his service. I'd recommend him to anyone needing his services for his honest, fair rates and efficient service.

Chad's Tree Service removed 5 trees from a small backyard.Showed up on time to both the estimate and for the work. Cleaned up the yard well when work was complete and had the best price. Highly recommend him.

I called and Chad made an appointment with me and came over the same day to give me a quote. On the day we scheduled the service he and an employee were at my house ready to work before I had even left for work myself. And on top of it all they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves better than it was to begin with, they even cleaned the neighbors yard where limbs had fallen and the neighbor was happy with how they had raked up all of the dead leaves and everything else too. I would definitely use them again.
