I don't usually write reviews but I felt it necessary to mention how impressed I was with a 3 compartment sink I ordered for my customer. I have ordered sinks on- line but when they get to me they are usually dented and cheap looking and I have to get them fixed before I can install them. This was HIGH quality and excellent service. I will use American Stainless in the future for other projects. My customer was very happy.
Fast turn around on stainless corner guards and they were quality made. Office staff was professional to work with. I will definitely use this company again.

American Stainless designed, manufactured and installed my kitchen island in stainless steel. I love how it turned out. It has that industrial feel to it but it fits into my modern kitchen perfectly. Will use American Stainless again in the future when I complete the walls. Everything was done when they said it would be and they were very nice to work with.
I'm starting a food vending here in Alb downtown and American Stainless helped put my mobile food unit up to specs and passed the inspections. They did top notch on my countertops and the hood in my mobile unit. I was more than happy with the work that I received. My restaurant got flagged and I was desperate to get some stainless steel counter work done. These people knew I was in a time crunch and they came through for me. The countertops are beautiful and 100% compliant with the city. Thank you American Stainless for helping me out.
All I can say is that the reviews reflected here are 100% accurate. The company does phenomenal work and is competitively priced, however there is no customer service from Jason up front in the office. He is not really a rude person but much more dry personality. Mitch the owner should be doing this work to keep the customers happy. From my account the work, price and delivery were exceptional. The communication from the office and scheduling were pathetic. Beware though, there is no one else in the city I found that would do this work for me. So he is the only game in town. Patience is the key in working with them. Am I happy, Yes, but would I use them again. I am not sure.
My son had run his arm all across my new stainless steel refrigerator and the button on his shirt put scratches all over it. American Stainless came out and were able to buff out all the scratches. Thank you for saving my fridge!!!
Are you kidding??? You can't be on time for anything!!! The lies you told, over & over again were just ridiculous!!! Why did it take 6 months to get a custom backsplash? I understand you're busy but if you can't handle the business then GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS!!!

American Stainless always does a good job on my stainless steel trim pieces. I do appliance installation and my customers with stainless steel often need pieces of trim for stoves and refrigerators, etc. American Stainless can usually get my trim pieces done quickly and nice. Thank you.
American Stainless did a fantastic job in helping with the remodeling of my kitchen. I decided to go with stainless steel on the back walls of my counters, a deep 2 compartment custom stainless sink and range hood. I wasn't sure how covering the island top in stainless would look but it turned out wonderful. I am so happy with how my kitchen turned out.
Just wanted to say I was very pleased with how my dishtables turned out. I placed an order of 3, 12 foot tables that needed to be custom crafted and durable. They worked wonderfully and when my customer is happy, I'm happy. Thank you for your service. I will use you in the future.
American stainless was late first of all to when they sent someone to take measurements i had called on several occations and the boss was never in office. When they did take measurements the product took even longer to get here. I was told on the phone so many excuses that when the guys who installed the equipment came in, i had asked about the problems and they said there were none. Product had dents, scratches and cracks that were filled in with silicoln. After I paid I never heard from them again.
American Stainless designed my stainless steel kitchen. All the way from the planning to the finished product, I couldn't be happier! They did a wonderful job on the countertops and the range hood they helped me designed was a challenge but they did a wonderful job. I did a design backsplash behind my range and it ties in the whole kitchen. Thank you American Stainless! I would highly recommend this company if you're wanting to change out your kitchen to stainless steel.
