Had them put a rebuilt motor in with a three year warranty. That was in 2016 and now the motor has gone bad. I contacted them several times, left several messages and finally spoke with them and was told to take it to a mechanic and let them know what the issue was. I found out it was the motor and called, texted and left several messages and they will not return my calls. I found a website where they have done several customers this way. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They do not honor their warranty and they will rip you off. I will be contacting my attorney.
I've been dealing with these guys for six or seven years. They have honesty and integrity and they take great pride in their work. You might be able to find it cheaper, but you won't find it any better. Remember you get what you pay for.
If you want it done right the first time call American Diesel
Having had repair work here previously with good service and reasonable prices. I had my speedometer go out along with an ABS light. I called and was given over the phone a ball park if was only the speed sensor of $100 as it was 1/2hr. of labor, and if it was the console closer to $500. When I picked up the vehicle was informed it was the speed sensor but I was charged $204 for labor, when questioned was informed $150 of it was for diagnostics. Needless to say I will not be bringing my Vehicle to this shop for repairs. Use to refer this shop to all my buddies but that is going to change for sure.
First off I am a general contractor. I own a 2004 Dodge Cummins 3500 dually as well as a 2004 ford power stroke 6.uh oh! Bought the ford 6.0 used with 145k on it. Shortly thereafter overheating problems. As most of you 6.0 owners already know its a poor design. Matt did the head gaskets, studs, oil/egr cooler as well as planing the heads. It wasnt cheap but it was done right. Pushing 180k and I'm sure it'll make the 300k mark. Than i took the ford in because the 4x4 wasn't working. I had failed to lock the aftermarket warn hubs in all the way. No charge! Anyone else could have sold me a new transfer case! These guys are good. Moral if the story. Buy a Dodge.
By far the best place to take your diesel. I called them stuck on the side of the road. Mike was able to figure it out over the phone get the truck started. I drove right to the shop, and he fixed the problem and was on the road again in less than a half an hour. By far the best customer service I have ever seen. Hopefully I don't have problems in the future, but I do the will be my only stop.
