I ordered two quatrofoil mirrors from an online company and disappointedly they arrived broken. So we searched for a company to replace them, but being not a standard shape all of the other companies dismissed me without even looking at them.
Fortunately, I called Affordable Glass and the friendly woman on the phone said to bring them in and they would take a look. An A for effort!!
So when we brought them in the service technician said the mirror is glued
To the back of the frame, and the frame was delicate inlaid camel bone, so this was a challenging project. Yet they cheerfully said they would tackle it.
It was ready in only TWO DAYS and the new mirror was expertly installed.
We were so pleased that we brought the company another mirror to replace.
So 5 stars for exceptional customer service and a great technician that exhibited “good ol’ American can-Do spirit.”
I highly recommend this company.
