I have known this business for years and even delivered the Neighborhood Newsletter to them quarterly. They have been exemplary in their service and have met all expectations in work done.

The WORST!! Our business called to have them key our bathroom to our regular door so we wouldn't have 2 keys. They finished the job and we spent 4 days with no bathroom - none of the keys worked. Unfortunately our bathroom is where we hang our layaways... it's a small store... so people were furious when we couldn't get into the bathroom. I finally got a hold of them on Monday morning and they said they might get out there by 4:30 that day!! I went nuts and the woman told me to calm down or she couldn't help me. I threatened to cancel the check - I was absolutely horrified that they weren't at my front door at opening. She tried to tell me it was the fault of the part time girl who was on the phone while she keyed the lock... wha??? It was everybody else's fault but hers. It's one thing to screw up... it's quite another to blame it on everybody but the person who did the work. STAY AWAY from this locksmith.
