I have used this company for more than 10 years. I have multiple rental properties and can always count on them to take care of any plumbing problem night or day. I just had them out for a plumbing emergency when one of my tenants called at 11pm at at night. Their tech was there within the hour and stayed until 2am to make sure the problem was fixed. Great company fair pricing.

I'm not quite sure how this company stays in business. It's been a nightmare dealing with them. They installed a brand new ATU three years ago and the system has been a real problem. Parts breaking down, faulty wiring, improper maintenance and poor training of their technicians makes the company very frustrating to deal with. To cap it all you call in for a service appointment and their people don't show when they are supposed to. I've spent more time on the phone with these people than I did when I was courting my wife- to- be!!! By the way, they are also known as American Pumping Service. Unfortunately the only thing they do best is to pump your wallet dry!!!!
