Summit Pointe provides psychiatric care services for people who suffer from mental illnesses. The agency case management, housing assistance and outpatient therapy services for adults. It also offers behavior management planning, educational, medication consulting and nursing home monitoring services for senior citizens. Summit Pointe conducts health status assessments and prepares individualized treatment plans. The agency also provides nontherapeutic and therapy-based treatment programs for youths. Summit Pointe conducts daily activities and depression evaluations, as well as offers family support and diagnostic services.
