I stopped in to get a ring cleaned when I was shopping in albertville and browsed around while the jeweler looked at my ring.. he then proceeded to tell me he couldn't put my ring in the cleaner because he was worried that one of the small diamonds on my band would fall out and said my prongs were worn so badly, he was worried about my bigger diamond falling out as well.. he said he would recommend that i send it in to one of there jewelers right there on the spot. I told him I was going to take it to where I got it ten years ago because they have always been great.. when I got home,I took it in, and the jeweler said "let me put it in my machine to get a better look" which i thought was strange since the jeweler at kays said he couldn't even put it in his machine? and he said the side little diamonds are chamber locked so they wouldn't fall out if they were super lose, and even so, he said mine was not lose enough to worry about and as for my prongs on my large diamond, he said they
