I have been to great clips four times as a walk in, and refused a hair cut each time . the girls there are so sloppy dressed and don't listen what you want done. one time they were to cut a half in off, ended up only a half inch left. this store needs a manager who makes the girls dress nice and do there hair nice instead a sloppy miss. last time i was in there was no one in the store waiting for a cut, but 5 people on computor but not there so said no to a cut
