Dr. Leonard knows from his adolescent years what it is like to be embarrassed by a smile. For over 30 years he has been on a mission to help his patients feel better about themselves and their smile. “I love what I do! It is so gratifying to see how orthodontic treatment has improved the lives of my patients and to be greeted by so many great looking smiles out in the community.” Dr. Leonard is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics, the highest designation that an orthodontist can achieve. The American Board of Orthodontics is the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association. Dr. Leonard is a member of many professional associations and societies. He enjoys continuing his professional education. Dr. Leonard regularly spends his Fridays attending continuing education programs and has a special interest in facial aesthetics and advanced treatment methods. Dr. Leonard and his wife, Bev, have two grown children. The family is active in church and community activities. At Alpha Orthodontics the most important goal, is the relationship we establish with our patients. We will seek to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and give you the same care that we would provide for our own families. Parents are welcome to accompany their children into the clinical area for any and all appointments. Dr. Leonard is a certified Elite Invisalign and iBraces orthodontist. This enables him to correct mild orthodontic problems without braces and treat more complicated problems with braces that are not visible – even when you smile. In either case, nothing shows!
