I wouldn't even rate this rehab with one star. The facility is nasty. The equipment is very limited and outdated. Papers are stacked about everywhere (no doubt a HIPPA violation). A bottle of unlabeled lotion in a ketchup bottle was being used on open wounds. Therapy was applied to a limb against doctor's orders with the therapist stating that the doctor sent over the details of what therapy she wanted. The secretary even asked for my husband and my social security numbers "so that I can go online and see if you have any unclaimed money owed to you." I fear that many who have received treatment here have been unknowingly harmed physically and financially.
