Jeff is unique in the PC repair business; not a GEEK, but a down to earth person who is excellent in diagnostic skills, and extremely reasonable for repairs. He's kind of like a good next door neighbor who just happens to have his stuff together, and knows how to communicate it in an easy to understand manner. His less than immaculate shop belies the skills found wiyhin.
