      Sometimes we have to mail Certified letters on Saturdays when the Post Office is closed. We had the misfortune of going to the shipping store here in Albany-very poor service. The young man had no idea what he was doing and when we returned to get a postmark stamp on the receipts he was unprofessional and rude. We get much better service at the Post Office!
