Such awful service. Could not believe how rude the groomer Abigail was. Not okay to not call the owner of the dog you're grooming and take it into you're own hands how you are going to cut the dogs hair. I paid for all my service, I didn't even ask for a discount. But asking a simple question about why I wasn't called. She continued to talk over me and said well what you're not going to pay for the dogs grooming, which I was at the register and a manager was there and I was paying for service done to my dogs. I did say how unhappy I was. But didn't ask for a discount nor not paying, I paid. So rude. I will not be coming back to this store. Such awful service. Hope y'all enjoy the $84.00 which I paid. Because that's the last of my money y'all will receive from me or my family going forward.

Very disappointed with petco. I bought a small animal. No idea they pay for vet in the first 30 days. I paid out of pocket. Which I spoke a manager to refund me my money. So far all I've gotten is the run around.
My next step is calling Corporate Office. I have to pay for another refill on meds. Plus another vet visit. I'm in total debit as of today 171.00. Money I really can't afford and had to barrow some of it.
Well never buy another pet from them again.
