      Rex graduated from Philomath High School in 1982 and attended and graduated from University of Oregon in 1987. He earned his degree in Rhetoric and Communication. He was born, raised, and educated in Oregon and has always lived in beautiful places such as Corvallis, Philomath, Beaverton, The Columbia Gorge, and Albany. Rex began his property management business in Hood River in 1989 with $200 and a computer and grew it from the ground up. When he sold his company in Hood River in 2001, he was managing over 200 units on both sides of the Columbia River. Rex and his wife, Sherry, moved to Albany in 2001 to raise their children near family. (Sherry grew up in Albany.) Rex was not planning to start a property management company, it just happened. He now manages units in the Albany, Corvallis and Philomath area. These include single family homes, plexes, and small apartment complexes. Rex likes to keep his clients happy by offering a personal touch to their properties. He keeps the units in tip top shape and tries to get the best renter for each property. Rex also likes to keep his tenants happy by handling maintenance and other issues in a timely manner.Why does Rex do property management? Because its fun!
