This residence is poor indeed. infested with cockroaches and crackheads. The only improvements that have been made in recent years has been when they got rid of Patricia Evans and that hose-clamp Mark Chambers. Well, one time someone dyed their pool. That was an improvement. Certainly whomever is running the place now is no better than the string of losers they've cycled through that place over the years. This place sux so bad your flowers will die and you'll get cancer, if you should live there. It is hard to overstate how scandalous they are. they will rob your deposit and send an unwarranted cleaning bill to collections. if your smart, you'll take pictures before you leave, as we did. This beat the cleaning bill rap, anyway.

I live in a quad too. I love everything about living here except one of my roommates. Would prefer to live in one of the private units.

I live in a quad right now. It's small, but a fair price and close to school. I am lucky that I like the other people in the quad.

I live at Lindenwood right now and love it. I am happy with the management - the old management was strict and uptight. There are times when it can be a little noisy/social. But hey, you are basically living on campus so what do you expect? The price and location are just right.

You need to be aware you basically can kiss your deposit goodbye, when your contract is over. You won't get a walk thru at the beginning, nor at the end of the contract. All decisions are made without you being there to protect yourself. I suggest you tale pics with a date on them for your own personal proof. Management was ok. I sometimes thought she 'picked' people out and then you heard they were kicked out. I do not know if mgt had good reason or not. It never seemed that way to me. Cannot get any closer to LinnBenton, perfect for that. You need a car to get arouind for everything place else, just not needed to go to school. Nice grounds. Pool went downhill during my stay there.Bye-
