General Info

Life is quite hard at times, and seeking help can feel pretty scary. Providing a safe environment for your expression of thoughts, feelings, and actions without the fear of being judged is my initial goal. Together we explore your strengths and options for improving what is troubling you. Much of my professional interest and experience involves working with survivors of trauma, including military veterans and survivors of various types of abuse. I enjoy and am skilled in working with adults with ADD/ADHD. I also have a great deal of experience working with mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. Everyone needs help from time-to-time. In my 8 years of professional practice, I have been honored with the opportunity to participate in people's life journeys and assist toward their healing, witnessing their strength and offering my professional skills along the way. I welcome more opportunities with individuals and couples.
