Would give 0 stars if I could. Apartment is tiny and was dirty upon move in. We had to constantly treat our dogs for fleas while at the apartment because the entire complex is infested. We had several issues come up while living there and tried calling the property manager, who never picked up the phone during business hours or otherwise. We left voicemails and she never called back either. We moved out as fast as we could and just received our deposit back-minus a bunch of fees not outlined in the rental agreement, and we were charged for replacing things in the unit that were 1) still fully functional and 2) stained permanently prior to our renting the unit. Rent anywhere else, honestly this is the worst place I've lived.

I wish I could have given a zero rating. Management practices are very shoddy.
I had to go back and prove I had actually lived there for six months due to light fingered management. Luckily I had receipts.
They didn't fix things , my refrigerator broke took 3 days for someone to show up. All my food spoiled and was told by the manager that since it took so long to get a person that my food loss would be replaced. Just submit an itemized list of all spoilage...nope. didn't get any reimbursement, because a dead refrigerator isn't an emergency. Even though working appliances are part of rent.
Being charged a late fee for a month I didn't live there.
They could only raise the rent so much a year. So to get around that they started charging for utilities that up until that time were included in rent. Water, sewage and garbage.

Do not rent here or from JPM Properties! Keep your money where it is and stay far away! Management will present promises that are not fulfilled because there is a new manager here every month. Apartments create mold quickly and have paper-thin walls, you will feel like you are living in a cheap motel. JPM will charge excessively to replace unnecessary items upon move-out (i.e., toilet seat). Management changed hands within one month of living here. The management is not timely with processing requests and will not return your phone calls. They avoid doing move-out walk-throughs and are thoroughly inflexible. Its not worth losing money to live uncomfortably here.
