Fantastic customer service. They greet you when you walk in, they take plenty of time to gauge your interests, knowledge level and needs, and they have an abundantly-friendly dog named "Tug"!

Again, I was very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. The owner, Brad, is a heck of a guy and I have thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him each time I've gone in.
