I put in a call to Ms. Martelli's office and had to leave a voicemail concerning why I needed to speak with her. My husband is a client of hers and I have had some concerns about our relationship. I asked that she call me after I got home from work at 3:00 pm. Instead she called him at 2:30. Now, I would not trust her with my thoughts at all.

As therapists go Joan is the best I have ever dealt with. She is kind, listens extremely well with a great memory for detail and has helped me beyond words. Being a sufferer of PTSD I found her recommendations of EMDR priceless, overcoming obstacles that with tradition "couch" therapy would have taken so much longer! She has gone above and beyond writing letters concerning my illness to help me outside of our session hours....she is a godsend. Thank you Joan!
