We work with MS Server software and QuickBooks multi-user software. As an individual PC owner we recognize you work daily and try to work around your schedule.

Established in 1993 as a retail front, Computer Cache has evolved into an office based company who works onsite or our technician takes the computer to the repair shop and delivers the computer repaired and ready to install all needed peripherals that a customer may have.

No prejudice here! I was treated with the knowledge and respect of a professdional. I goofed up and the techincian spent the time to correct my mistake at no extra charge. Fast service, easy to understand what he was doing and he spent the time to explain it all!
If you want your computer to be worked on by a knowlegble tech that will do things right and stand behind his work then go to computer cache and get it done right the first time! Also the prices are good ,fair and honest! This is a company that I would and have recomended to my family and friends!
I have used several repair shops the last 20 years. Most are here today and gone the next time I needed them. I have used Computer Cache for the last 6 years and surprise beyond expectations every time! The time element, the fix, and the cost and the support after the fix has been great. They have been great and steadfast for all my computer needs.
Called a national phone support company and got ripped off. No credit card minimum of $384 like these phone computer con artist. Called Computer Cache and was treated like a king. Take my advice - go local - and this computer repair shop was a fraction of the cost and they came to my business!!
Wow! No charges upfront! They come out and fix your computer before they charge you! They ask the right questions and didn't make me feel like I was as dumb as a stick! I was up and running in one hour and the gal told me where to get free anti-virus software that works!
This company was quick to respond and easy to work with. The guy that came to my house was able to reduce it so I could understand what he was telling me plus he solved my problem! I had a bad virus that he removed plus he tuned my PC and cleaned up my hard drive. Since then they have given me free advice through email and I'll use them again!
Yes, we went and hid! In the year 1999 we moved our business from Lebanon, OR to Albany, OR and we moved into office spaces instead of another retail front. We did this for the purpose of helping our burgeoning client base. Now instead of being on the sales floor we focus on supporting our customer base.
