Replace Congress with this company!! I would of never thought that a Law Firm or any company would be so efficient, courteous, well versed, and highly professional as this firm has been through this process, and doing it for veterans pro bono. ( If that's the right term.)Totally impressed with the staff I communicated with on the few instances that was required. Stay away! My wife used them for family court and they showed up late to court, switched attorneys and then we find out they lied to our faces. They asked us to sign a blank piece of paper in a library of all places. In my opinion, they were unethical but you know what, they had no problem getting paid. They have a reputation around town as a marketing firm first, attorney second. All we wanted was a fair, honest attorney, we did not get that.

I recently had need of an attorney and contacted Tully Rinckey, from that first contact with the firm I was sure that they were the lawyers for me. I wasn't treated as a dollar sign, but an important partner in my case and that was important because, it was my case! When all was said and done, the experience and professionalism of the firm had me very satisfied with the outcome. I'd use them again and tell anyone who ever needed a lawyer to do the same.
