Amazing quality, I have been taking my clothes to Towne cleaners for years and they always return the item like brand new! They have gotten every stain out i've ever had and the pressing is out of this world. By far the best in Albany new york

Incredibly unhelpful. Was told at 11am that they were done dry cleaning for the day. 24 hour service sounds impressive but said it was impossible. Useless.

i have been going here for many years the quality is great and is always ready when promised.i especially love the hand finishing they do and how they stuff the sleeves with tissue paper. i have never seen them not take a stain out of my clothes. great quality drycleaning

Their yellow page ad claims that they do same day dry cleaning. When I went in to drop off a coat for dry cleaning shortly after they opened in the morning I was told that the earliest I could get it back was in the afternoon the next day. Apparently that's their idea of same day dry cleaning.
